Mine has been sitting in its garment bag for the last ten years. Im pretty certain it still has sand from Fiji on the bottom, probably stained now.

I had plans to have it cleaned and put in a box but that still hasn't eventuated.

I guess I am keeping it for one of my daughters if they would like it.

Glad I'm not the only one who stashed theirs away still dirty. It's been 7 years and still haven't bothered dry cleaning it 😁

Has anyone cleaned it at home, rather than dry cleaning?

Mine has been sitting in a garbage bag and pushed to the side of the top shelf in a wardrobe for 4 years because the cost of dry cleaning is more than half of what the dress was. I handwash a lot of my dresses and knitwear anyway, so I'm considering just giving it a go.
