    When I had my third, I had quite painful cramps every evening lasting a couple hours for two weeks until the real thing. The bonus was I had a very quick and easy labour.

    Regular contractions all day since about 5am.. Started at 30 min intervals then 15 min intervals.. Now down to 5. Looks like baby is on his way

    Ob checked my cervix this morning and it was 1.5cm dilated, so I suspect after all the action since then, it's gotten more dilated and effaced.. When I went to my appointment this morning the contractions were about 30 mins apart
