We have male factor and we're successful on first fresh transfer. Then a few years later had a chemical on first frozen transfer and successful with our son on next frozen. Another year later and we were successful on first transfer (currently pg with girl). Our second and third cycles were pgd tested embryos as we are now also dealing with my age/egg quality in addition to Mfi

Another SS couple. We used my partners eggs first as she is older and has low AMH. Retrieved 6 eggs, 4 mature, all 4 fertilised but one was abnormal. 3 embryos were going but only one made it to Day 5. This embryo was frozen and transferred to me which survived the thaw and resulted in our 6m/o!
