Luv you @Billie2 its been awesome knowing you! I totally understand. I wouldnt stay on bubhub when working through the end of the journey. Im really sorry that things worked out this way though xox I read a blog once from a childless lady who said that with some things in life, it takes more courage to give up than keep going. It rang true for me. Usually, in life, its the other way round hey. So, im thinking, if it helps, i dont think that 'giving up' in this instance is like a failure or lack of will or spirit or courage. Its actually a thing, that hardly any of the warrior women on here are brave or strong enough to have taken on or even contemplate. You will be able to do it. And you'll be awesome at living life. You're a mum and sn ivf warrior woman, so clearly you're a super human being. Dont think "giving up". Think "getting back". Or think whatever you like. :-) and... dont try not to feel stuff. xox

Thanks ladies for all your personal views on the PGD testing any why you have all come to the decisions you have in the situation including the people who PM'd me, you are sll so supportive. I spoke to the scientist who I sent the report to last week and she basically said she didn't know what to tell me, she didn't feel she was an a position to guide my decision and that was Warren's role. She explained the PGD testing procedure in more detail and went through the labs success rates. I came off the phone though still not feeling 100% confident to discard embryos considered unviable. Adding to that dince we have decided to put 2 untested embryos back anyway due to my lining being better on a stimulated cycle in reality there probably wont be many other embryos left over to test. I phoned the nurses later this afternoon and explained we had decided against the testing and will now do 1/2 ICSI and 1/2 IVF. Who knows if we have made the right call but at this moment it sits well with me. Thanks also for your well wishes for tomorrow, will keep you all updated x
@Phia - Congratulations on being PUPO hun, really hoping the others continue to grow nicely and you get some to test x
Oh and I am so with uou on the chips! I have tried those ones along with the pea, falafel and chickpea chips, loved them all but staying away at the moment as my diet is pretty strict this cycle.
@gorgeousgeorge - Hun its most definitely ok with being over all this IVF stuff we all need a break every one in a while. Not great that you are having to cope with all the baby talk at work its awful when other peoples Joy can make you feel crapola. Hope your next cycle comes around quicker than you think hun x
@Billie2 - So sorry this has all ended up this way hun it has most definitely been one very hard journey for you. I am sure it will take some time to get over this but you need to take things slowly hun snd do it in uour own time. Your steps today sound very therapeutic, how we would all like to join you throwing out the paperwork and burning it, can see the ivf bonfire burning now. Enjoy the brownies hun and add in a wine or too definitely xxxx

Im not "giving up".. just wanted to put that straight as its not in my nature. Im not selfish and wouldn't spend money on assisted conception which could go to my living child. Each circumstance is different. Others would & have. But thats not me. We all have limits.
