    Default Mia

    So sorry I am MIA... been away for a short break with my family. Got home last night. My 2ww is over. BT today. Cut & paste my last cycle and insert here and thats where Im at. I wasnt going to post but wanted ladies to know I had negative hpt till 10dpo. Then I threw my dummy out of my pram and knew it failed. Go away on a holiday, drink 🍹 and had no symptoms. None. Pancake boobs, flat belly, not a cramp insight, ate everything, no strong smell, not tired, not sick. Flew around on segways & played with my niece. Kept up oripro to keep af at bay. Get home last night & tested. Test line was darker & quicker than control. Shat my pants. Chucked 2 oripro up there. Cramping & dark brown spotting, bit of a flow to be honest.. So its worse than last cycle. Cramps are bad.

    So I may stay missing again as Im resting up & still in shock.. xx 😘

    @Billie2, OMG!!!

    So you've probably missed all the parlava surrounding my BFP but I just wanted to let you know I bled - a fair bit - and according to the scan I had yesterday there is still a sac, measuring correctly, so do NOT count yourself out hon!

    I must admit I had a bit of a devil-may-care attitude this time round as well. Eating under-cooked eggs, cold sandwich meat, had my hair dyed, did my nails. I just thought "Hell, if it's a decent emby, it'll withstand all of that."

    SO MANY women get pregnant on a few drinks. I really think with a line like yours there is definite hope! You're pregnant lovely! Congratulations!

    Im sorry @Blossom74 @Lastchance75 and @tuxcat and the rest cycling for being mia. Had to be selfish and get my head around the End. I did that then I found out I was pregnant. Its a pretty heavy flow to be honest. Im expecting the worst. So I apologise to others if Im being a bit aloof about the whole thing. The bfp was only last night and I am allowed to to BT 1 day early. Im taking action into self preservation mode. My head is still in "its over" mode. We are in complete shock. So no symptoms at all and you still can be pregnant.

    Apparently so @Billie2, because my clinic has told me there is every chance all is well (despite my currently empty sac, which they said was because 5w3d was simply too early) and I have ZERO symptoms. No sore boobs. No constant peeing. No tiredness. No nausea. No backache. No cravings or aversions. No heightened sense of smell. Nada! Nothing! Zip!

    All I had in the first week (so that'd be week 4) was some pretty terrible cramping (like, on the couch crying type cramping), the bleed (which was pretty heavy) and extreme paranoia that nothing was happening.

    Time will tell for the both of us I guess, but if I were you, I wouldn't count myself out of the race just yet. And I'm not counting myself out either

    ETA: It was also recently pointed out to me that Prednisolone can MASK PREGNANCY SYMPTOMS!!! You wouldn't happen to be taking it as well, would you?

    Oh - I should also mention that I am the Queen of Self Preservation, so I completely get the need to be negative about everything and withdraw. No need to apologise here hon, you do what you have to do to get through this sh!tful journey
