Nice one! I'm getting my hair done Tuesday. So overdue. I feel old when the colour isn't fresh. Tuesday can't come soon enough!

Mum and Dad, my two sisters and my brother were all there, as well as their spouses and kids, so it was really, really good to see them all in the same place. We don't often get to catch up like that.

It was a really nice day actually. Good to get out of the house, although after the 5.30am wake-up, I must admit I'm a bit knackered. Early to bed for me I think!
@Lastchance75, how are you going hon? You have not been far from my thoughts today and I am sending lots of sticky baby dust your way
@LillyM, big hugs sweetheart. I hope you're ok
I'm going ok thanks for asking @Blossom74. Keeping as positive as I can. Did a test this morning and it was slightly darker so that has given me a little bit of hope. I won't do one tomorrow as I imagine it wouldn't change that much in 24 hours. Bring on Monday. I've never looked forward to Monday so much in my life, usually worse day of the week.

Actually had my hair done yesterday so I'm all good there.

    2 sleeps to go.

    Hi everyone,

First I'd like to say thank you for your tags, I got them all and read the posts but I didn't feel ready to answer just yet.

Our 6th cycle for the year failed and so we're done for good with our Clinic in Sydney.
Next step is Charlotte on December and we'll see from there.

This has been a tough year and I just feel broken and weak. I need to recover and regroup so I'll be MIA and off the thread, I hope you'll understand.

This group has been a massive support for me and I'll be back, I just need a proper massive mental break form the Circus.

I wish everyone the best in their journey wherever they are and thank you all again for being awesome

    Talk soon xxx

    look after yourself @Lilym

i understand exactly where where you are coming from - regroup & you will get there.
it can be the most draining experience so looking after you is paramount.

Ha ha, I know what you mean hon. It doesn't matter what stage you're at I don't think the worry will ever end! Hang in there, one day to go!!! I'll be sending lots of sticky vibes your way, but if your lines are darkening I reckon you've got this in the bag already. And yes, you're right. The HCG only doubles every 48-72 hours this early on so you can't expect the sticks to notice such a slight change every day.

    Default IVF over 40's #42

@LillyM I am so sorry this has been such a heart breaking and exhausting journey. This IVF caper strips us of so much - bit by bit - first the fun, then our strength, then our resolve. It's hard not to lose yourself. It's like time stands still - the world goes on but we are stuck. The months fly by but each day feels like forever. Thank god for this place and the company of these women - you will always be welcomed and never alone. Take care.
