Default I just want to know what's happening! Tmi warning

This is going to be tmi so I apologise in advance 😂
I came off the Implanon 1/9 during af (28/8 - 3/9) after almost 2 years & really irregular cycles. We figured we'd NTNP & go with the flow.
Convinced myself I was utd after 3 weeks so took a test & of course BFN. So, waited....
4th Oct I started spotting on & off with cramps & sore bbs. Figured af was there when I had 1 wipe of bright red on the 7th but still a very small amount. Turns out it was just the once then tapered off to spotting again for a day before having brown discharge for a day. The whole time I was having ewcm but thought nothing of it.
    So now, I'm still waiting.
I have a strange feeling that I may have o'd somewhere that week especially seeing as I felt a distinct 'pop' feeling around the area of my left ovary. I can't remember what day maybe the night of the 6th I think. But maybe not?
The morning of the 17th I had a dark red/brown streak only once when wiping & then light pink spotting for maybe an hour. Not enough to wear a liner & almost white it was that light. Cramping in lower abdomen & back ache.
Anyway, now I have RLP (randomly, especially if I sneeze!), nips feel they could cut glass & are a bit sore (first sign with DS2), bbs are tender (sometimes) & have 4 prominent veins in the top even DH says they're 'different', back ache in both sides, uterine cramping on & off, feeling like I haven't slept even though I'm getting at least 6.5 hours/night & that's on a bad night, foods taste stronger (???) & a weird taste around the sides of my tongue. Cm is changing between cloudy very creamy ewcm & milky/creamy cm
This could still be o? If I was utd then it'd be far too early to test, I know this much.
I needed to get it out of my head because I'm going crazy. You'd think after 4 pregnancies & 3 births I'd have some idea but they have all been different & I seem to get more symptoms earlier than the last time. Maybe I just notice them more? Haha

Could be your body adjusting to the changes after the implanon. Can't hurt to take a test and every few days

    It's quite possible.
However, I just went back over all my notes etc from ttc DS2. I never realised how similar that 3 months was to right now. Including the weird creamy/egg white combo cm I've had the last 2 days & been passing it of as 'creamy with stretchy bits'
Funny too because DS2 was conceived after implanon removal too. Almost the same 'time' period too 😮
I'm waiting on some ICs at the moment although I'm not expecting them until next week which is probably good for my emotional health. Lol
