    Ticking stuff off my Xmas list! Christmas cards posted today. Daycare and preschool card and presents ready for Tuesday. Ordered the picture calendars for our parents. Havent finished presebt shopping but I have ideas for everyone which I look forward to buying on my day off on Tuesday!

    Wondering how I possibly forgot that DS's day care christmas party starts at 4:30 this afternoon and we are supposed to bring a plate 😨😨

    I found myself in the exact same scenario yesterday. Do you have puff pastry in the freezer? I made cheese and vegemite pastry scrolls. Easy and a hit with toddlers!

    Also, if you are so inclined. I like to use puff pastry, cut into 4 squares. Fill with tuna, mayo and corn, fold over into a triangle and bake. My kids go nanas for them

    I usually coat in egg and sesame seeds too just for a nice outside. They are really good
