Anyone who isn't familiar with Athens feel free to pm me. This is my 8th! year in a row to Greece and other parts of Europe. I've stayed in everything from 5 star to mid range to Airbnb (three of them I highly recommend as one is an Australian owner and he's a fantastic host) All great and safe locations and very comfortable.
We are regulars at the Hilton there now and if you book in advance discounted rate can be as low as €110 per night. Only 5 mins to Embryoland also.

I am happy to help with transport options (Taxibeat) is a fantastic app similar to Uber but you can see the drivers ratings and approx fare cost and if they speak English before you click on them.
I also two regular drivers I use there however many of here recommend someone else and he sounds great too.

Woo hoo! Oh my goodness that's wonderful news! May the rest of your pregnancy be uneventful until your miracle Bub arrives.

Afm - I feel like I'm crawling through cut glass at work. I'm hoping the stress doesn't sabotage the process! Although with my DD I too was going throug a stressful time st work, so hopefully all ok.

Less than a month til holiday starts! I'm nervous about everything lining up time/cycle wise.

I'm trying to organise some intrallipids before I go.

Re hotel - Ive booked the Mirabello in Athens as Plaka was booked out and it has a bed and sofa bed for my DD3. I have no idea if it's a dump or ok, but I can change booking without fees.

    How's everyone else doing?
