Fingers crossed for you Sarspa16! It's such a hard wait to find out if it worked, I remember doing the test a few days before I was meant to because I just couldn't wait any longer. Sore breasts is a great sign though. We are planning to travel back to Athens for #2 at the end of the year and talked with Dr Nikos last week, reading about people's visits to Athens is getting me excited.

I have my 2nd blood test of Monday to check my levels but I have a feeling the results won't be good news. The cramps have almost nearly stopped. I have slight nausea after I eat and that's it.
I'm really worried about it. I pray that it will all be ok

@Mrsl73 the nauseasa and cramps come and go in early pregnancy so I wouldn't put much stock in that, a lot of pregnancy symptoms don't kick in until after 6 wks and many, like myself don't really have any. Even with my twin pregnancy I only felt queasy every other day and not all day, it would come and go, the same as the cramps, it was on and off, so definitely don't loose hope

@gorgeousgeorge โ€“ Iโ€™m so sorry!! No words can express how sorry I am for you!! You are such an amazing woman โ€“ looking ahead already and worried about others on the thread! Sending you lots of hugs

@Yasna โ€“ I still have all day sickness ..... sorry sometimes it just sticks around! I hope your 18 month old settles down โ€“ maybe heโ€™s feeling changes and doesnโ€™t understand..... I know the worry of losing your baby โ€“ but try to focus on the positives and donโ€™t overdo anything!! Take it easy as best you can with a toddler!
@AngelD I bet you are spending hours just looking at your 3 wonderful miracles! Hoping the time passes quickly so you can get your family home

@mrsI73 fantastic โ€“ and with the initial high numbers you should be over the moon!! Try not to worry โ€“ Mondays tests will come soon enough.... I still havenโ€™t stopped worrying โ€“ and am nearly 28 weeks! So Iโ€™m not sure that ever stops...
    @julz1974 woohoo โ€“ great lines!
@Sarspa16 thatโ€™s fantastic! Stick little embies

I'm at stress breaking point right now - had to go to the hospital on Wed as I had a lot of fluid loss.... they were fantastic and i had to wear this pad to check if I was losing amniotic fluid (thankfully not!)... But we've just sold our place - quicker than expected - with no new home found as yet so I'm worried about being homeless and what to do .... plus my parents are moving over from Qld after months looking for a home for them we found one - and they're here early April (which turns out now to be same weekend we have to vacate our home)... yikes! I'd already promised to be at their place to accept their furniture and set up their house... all too hard.... can't sleep well either these days as I have incredible pains just under my ribs (after tests - including to check if gall bladder and liver ok) they've said it's just my ligaments and muscles stretching (or over stretched and possibly torn - maybe from caving that we did and camping a little while ago - oops)... sorry for the winge - I'm exhausted and have been up since 4am - which did give me time to finally catch up on this thread!!

Thinkign about all of you - even if I don't get time to check in that often!

@gorgeousgeorge please don't worry about 'bumming out' the thread. Your story is so important to those who are trying to decide if this path is right for them. Not everyone gets a result like mine, especially first go (and I can hear the sighs of relief from here ), and this isn't a sure thing, so between your devastating, heartbreaking BFFN and my over the top BFFP there is room for both reality and hope. The triplets are sending you sweet baby coos and wishing you the blessing of your dreams.
As for us - we are back in our home town, just working on feeding and growing - very long days, exhausting and rewarding all in one but worth it!! @Rhino be kind to yourself - 28 weeks and a trimester to go!!! Give yourself permission to rest, really rest!!! You have an awful lot to deal with from the sounds of things, but others need to step in and take on the heavy lifting. I just spent 10 weeks at Ronald McDonald House seeing women younger and fitter than me struggling to get their babies closer to term - you are doing important work, please put yourself first xoxo - I don't mean to lecture, just feeling deep concern as I know what it means to get this far.
    Ange xxxxxxxx

We've fallen pregnant naturally 4 times but none of the pregnancies made it past 12 weeks. We've had 3 tries at ivf but no embryos grew to be good enough to be transferred. My fertility doctor mentioned egg donors at the very start and it took us awhile to get our head around it but we made the decision to go with it.
We were planning a donor egg transfer last September but I fell pregnant again. The pregnancy failed but we still went ahead with our trip and visited Dr Nikos several times ๐Ÿ˜Š
I arrived in Athens last week to hear the news of the triplets - that is so wonderful๐Ÿฃ๐Ÿ’ž
I had an donor egg transfer on Saturday at Embryoland. An emotional time but Dr Nikos is great. It was so beautiful seeing those 2 little embryos being popped into place ๐Ÿ˜Š
Now my big question is, is it too soon to do a home pregnancy test? I have sore breasts, a bit of cramping and not enjoying the pessaries but I know they're vital.
Thinking and praying for all you beautiful ladies ๐Ÿ˜Š
Ohhh good luck hun!! Keep us posted, have you tested yet?
