I was worried about the level of progesterone, so I rang Dr Nikos and he said to take 2 more Utrogestan a day for 5 days then get a blood test same time next week. He also told me to book a scan for next week. So I'll be going next Wednesday at 8am for a 6w3d scan? I'm a bit nervous about the progesterone levels but Dr Nikos said once again "dont worry" so...I will worry but try and remain calm ...

I feel a bit deflated since last time my progesterone at this time was 37...and now so low...but..according to Dr Nikos and Dr Google, I shouldn't be too concerned. Of course I'm concerned !! One day at a time..

I made Avgolemono soup tonight, ( chicken, lemon and egg soup) it turned out perfectly..I'm so impressed with myself. I have a bit of a cold or something so its warming my belly nicely. I'm off to watch MKR, hopefully it will distract me.

I can't remember who it was that had the same problem, with low progesterone, but they're ok following the extra pessaries! Sorry being vague, but I've been following so many ladies in their journeys and Dr N said the same to them.
I know it's worrying but hang in there!

@******** yes I was thinking that when I wrote his description but you'll know it when you scroll as you will see his profile picture a few times @Yasna my Czech clinic like progesterone to be above 30, I was on 1000mg per day and it ranged from 60-80 so hopefully the extra two will bump it up

Ladies we got 4 beautiful embryos at day 5. They are now frozen and we will transfer 2 next week.
My lining is 6 so I'm upping my progynova to 6 a day and back for a scan on Friday.

@mrs73 great news !! You can do a coule of the progynova vaginally, a bit tricky because they're so small but it gets to where it needs it faster and ladies doing some this way have had quite a bit of success oh and fresh pomegranate juice, you can buy it there from the little juice bars or some if the restaurants sell it and it helps with getting the lining thicker !!

Transfer for me in on Thursday. Today I start taking the utrogestan (4 a day) yuk. I hate pessaries.
We are off to Santorini tomorrow for a couple of days, we can finally do something as we don't have another scan until Wednesday

Best wishes Mrs173 & have a lovely time in Santorini. We would love to do a stay in Santorini too. Did you just book a few nights at the start of the trip & then wait for your doctor to give you the plan & then you book the rest of the accomodation ? We have never been to Greece b4 so def want to do a few nights in Santorini. We will stay some time in plaka & a few nights at the president as well .

We waited until we saw Dr Nikos and got a rough idea of what my appointments would be. I was having scans every 2-3 days so for the first 10 days here we where stuck in Athens, as soon as he said you have 5 free days we booked accommodation and flights. We are lucky though as my husbands cousin works on santorini and she was able to get us a great deal on a room
