Default Falling asleep during movies - anyone?

Does anyone else struggle to stay awake during a movie?

I used to be the absolute worst with this. I was well known for it. These days it's more like 50/50 chance I'll be awake at the end.

Strangely, it seems like action movies and animated films are the ones I doze off during the most.

I've also fallen asleep at the cinema a few times

    Sorry @Mod-Degrassi not me.
But I think if I actually went to the cinema now I quite possibly would fall asleep (I haven't been since before DD was born).
At home I just don't have the attention span for a whole movie anymore I'll half watch and half do something else so maybe that keeps me awake

I can't stand movies anymore. Even if they are interesting. And have someone hot in it.
    That's 2 hours I could be sleeping 😂
I envy your ability to fall asleep during a movie.

At home I always fall asleep, DH doesn't even bother suggesting watching a movie after 7.30pm.
In the cinemas I probably would if we went late, but I book morning or afternoon sessions knowing how tired I always am

DD1 took a photo of me the other day when I fell asleep during Ghostbusters, I do not look good when I'm asleep

I stay awake normally. Fell asleep once at the movies and my sister was throwing popcorn into my mouth!

Its rare that i can make it through a whole movie these days. Actually when i say these days i mean for the past 4 yrs or so. Dh doesnt even bother to ask to watch a movie with me anymore, instead we watch a tv series on netflix because i only usually last one episode 😕

If I see an animated movie, 9/10 I will be asleep before the end, but other movies I generally stay awake as I am usually stuffing my face with popcorn.
