Very sorry for your loss. I know it doesn't feel like it now, but you will feel better in time and everyone has a different time. You will never forget Ella but you will find a way to cope with her loss and keep going. One day you will be able to think about her without feeling grief and distress. I found stillbirth and neonatal death forums of great support and comfort in the beginning especially to know I wasn't alone and my grief was normal.
