Default Huge Boobs - how to stop hurting

    Hi all,

I'm 8 and a bit weeks pregnant and my boobs are freaking huge and so sore the last few days!

I was already an E cup and now they have gone up a size and feel like they might go more.. great for DH not for me!

Any ideas on how I can ease the pain? I already have a maternity bra but it's not doing a lot to help me.

How much bigger should I expect them to go also

    TIA!

I can't help much but share your pain! I'm 28 weeks now and went from an E cup to a G within the first couple of months (DH was thrilled!) Seems to have settled down now but as bubs has grown, my ribs and back have expanded too so I keep having to buy new bras!

Wearing sleep bras at night definitely helped with the pain and I get a pregnancy massage every month to try and ease the upper back and shoulder pain too.

Sorry I don't have any better ideas hope they don't grow too much more!

Hi @Catgeetwo thanks for replying! I hope I don't get to a G or more!
I will try sleeping with a bra it's just so uncomfortable trying to lie in any way at all!
Might have to look into some massages!

    Hey ladies
I went from a really small B to a Bursting out of a D quite early on.
    I too was in pain.

Cold facewashers when you can and I strongly recommend ditching the underwire ASAP if you haven't already.

Oh and definitely go for those massages x

Maybe try some hydrogel discs and definitely no underwire in your bras.

If you haven't already, check out cake maternity lingerie. I'm a 12f when Preggo and at G when feeding 😁 and the cake bras are the so comfortable and supportive and it really helped. They do a sleep bra which looks like a crop top but it is so supportive snd oh so comfy. They're probably on the pricier side but so worth it.

I was a 12 E before kids. Now I am am a 12G normally, a 12H when pregnant, and 12 J when breastfeeding. It's extremely painful! There are a few great online storea such as bellaforma, bravissimo, and big girls dont cry anymore, which sell bras in larger sizes. I also recommend a wire free bra, and one that is firm but still has good stretch. Wearing a comfy bra to bed has been a lifesaver throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Cake maternity crops, I lived in mine while feeding (I was a G) great when you are just around the house and to sleep in. I am no longer feeding and still wear them around the house haha that comfy! As for bras I went with hot milk brand bras found them to be really good quality and really comfy.

I was a chunky monkey and wore bras at 18DD prior to pregnancy. In the first 12 weeks or so of my pregnancy I went up two sizes, and each time it appeared to have happened overnight. I was very fortunate not to have any pain or tenderness at all, but I broke the rules - I spent several weeks without wearing any bra at all, unless I needed to leave the house (which wasn't often as I work from home.)

When I did have to go out I bought some crop top/bra type things from Target. They were available all the way up to about a 26F from memory and had no underwire in them, and no seams across the nipples. Now that I'm at 24 weeks and my boobs have seemingly stopped expanding (for now, lol) I wear these all the time.

I'll probably be kicking myself that I went bra-less for so long - or rather, I'll be kicking my boobs, lol - but comfort was paramount to me. Thank God for oversized knickers and nighties as they were my uniform for many weeks!
