I'm experimenting with roasting tomatoes and garlic to turn into a pasta sauce. Am going to add some chickpeas and top with roasted mushrooms.

    Default Tonight we're smashing into...#4

Home made brown rice, avocado and raw salmon sushi. DDโ€™s favourite. Sheโ€™s eat it every night if I let her. And a side of chopped fresh veges and roasted Hawaiian purple sweet potato.

Too much garlic, and I should have doubled the amount of tomato. Oh and I used wholemeal pasta and I had forgotten that I don't like it that much..

The chickpeas were surprisingly nice in it. I used some dried that I had cooked myself, which I find much nicer than tinned.

Iโ€™m visiting a family friend on a sheep farm in west Victoria and just had slow cooked lamb, grown on this property. OMG so yummy!!
