Home made "kiev" (thigh fillet, pocketed, filled with garlic, coated in egg and dry parmesan cheese), wedges, grilled onion and capsicum.... all baked in the oven on a tray. Quick, simple and easy

Cooking a bbq at our cabin down the coast. Pork kebabs, Tbone, snags and the one lonely cucumber DS1 returned home with when charged with buying salad stuff with his grandfather..

I had steamed chicken, oven baked chips and veggie soup (pumpkin,carrot, onion, celery, turnip, parsnip, Swede & herbs)
Trying to get a handle on this GD diet.
The older males had chips, family pie and some soup...
The kid had steamed chicken, and Mac and cheese, and the other had frozen lasagna

I don’t feel like cooking tonight because we had bbq for lunch (public holiday today).
I marinated some chicken tenders with honey, soy, garlic and Chinese 5 spice - so yum!
Plus - Sausages
-Sizzle steaks.
-Potato salad
-Salad
And eggs.
