Lamb cutlets - crumbed and fried for hubby & DD, grilled for bub and I (why they love ruining the best cut of meat by having it crumbed I don't know!), roast potatoes and steamed veg.

Experimenting tonight. Went to make my baked chicken parmi type things and no damn tomatoes. Fresh or tinned. So instead, went for baked chicken on a bed of onion, lemons and carrot with a cup of water, honey and lemon juice in the pan. Hopefully some of the lemon and honey soaks into the chicken just a little.
    Side of steamed vege.
