Last night was BBQ meat and salads
    -curry egg and lettuce salad
    - home grown baby potato salad with mint, basil and garlic chives with Chipotle mayo
    - and toss salad

Tonight I can't be bothered as I have been making relish and tomato sauce for the last 2 days and am sick of cooking.
Will try find something easy in the freezer.

Honestly just a bit of what I have on hand! Some times honey and rosemary, sometimes garlic, lemon and oregano.

We ended up having dinner at Southbank tonight. Nuggets and chips for DD and I, DH had Calamari. Instant regret for me, but DD seemed to be enjoying it haha. Cold Rock ice cream for dessert.

DH and the kids had veal tortellini in a tomato based sauce.

I had Greek yoghurt with fresh mango and peaches and cold mashed potato (boiled potatoes that are mashed with olive oil, lemon juice and spring onions on top). There isn't much that is appetising at the moment.

Of course! You’ll see the potatoes on the end in the pic -

    Lebanese potatoes-
6 big potatoes - peeled and cubed
    Salt
    Olive oil

    Seasoned oil:
    2 table spoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of cumin, paprika, coriander and pepper (some use chili flakes too)
    1 garlic clove crushed
    To finish
    Small handful finely chopped coriander
    Juice of 1/2 lemon

Toss cubed potatoes in olive oil and sprinkle with pink salt, roast in oven for approx 40 mins (turn half Way) once cooked put oil in small pan, add garlic and spices and cook for 1 min to flavour oil (and not burn garlic) then pour over potatoes, put back in oven for 5 mins then toss with chopped coriander and lemon juice before serving

    Garlic yogurt dip-
I make toum (Lebanese garlic paste which is garlic and oil and lemon juice in processor)

    Mix below in bowl-
    Big tub natural Greek yougurt
    1 tablespoon toum
    1 Lebanese cucumber grated
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    Sprinkle dried mint
    Salt
