I'm glad you have been doing better @Gingerlion hopefully your blood pressure will be good this week as well @MaybeBabyIVF .

Well I got my caesarean date today. Bub will be arriving at 36+3 to avoid any risk of spontaneous labor. It will mean bub might briefly visit the nursery but shouldn't need to stay.

I can't believe we will have a baby in exactly 13 weeks

@mummymaybe SO EXCITING! Tell me if I'm being too nosy but why is there a risk of spontaneous labour?

@Gingerlion because I had a classical caesarean last time my risk of uterine rupture is very high if I labour.

I had a partial placenta previa and during labour I had a massive haemorrhage 2.5l so had to have a caesarean to save my life. Harry was so tiny 544g and to avoid my placenta they had to do a very high and vertical incision on my uterus.

I somehow missed you had a csect with Harry sorry Hun. Thankfully mine was the bikini line csect but I'm not sure how I feel about a natural delivery for this wee man as I know someone who's ruptured the uterus for a vbac and not sure I'd cope mentally as I'd be worried about that but on the other hand I'd love a natural delivery. So torn

I'm glad we didn't have to decide, it wasn't an option for us. It would be so hard to decide.

Currently my placenta has moved up away from cervix so I may not have to yet
