@anotherway my growth scans have been booked for monthly but no idea if this is normal - for me they are worried about a small baby because I have a history of high blood pressure!

still haven't popped out, and no movement yet ! But apparently that's normal with an anterior placenta .. can't wait to start feeling lots of movement
@anotherway good luck! So exciting. I am just 16 weeks, a long wait until the next scan. I too have an anterior placenta, it's interesting to me to see when other people felt movement. Why does an anterior placenta mean we can't feel movement like others?

Oh yay @Gingerlion !! Not long now before you get your morph scan .. 3 or so weeks

It means our placenta is located at the front, so any movements are usually cushioned by the placenta and not felt as soon as a posterior placenta .. we still will feel movement, just takes a little while longer

Almost 18 weeks here (Thursday) & my morph scan will be the 30/3 as hubby went back to work today and I don't want him to miss it so opted to wait another 2 weeks plus I have an ob appt next week so will get to peek at Bub then anyways. Getting more movements and had a definite thump I felt from the outside last night.

Hi everyone... I was 28 Weeks on Saturday & had an OB appointment this morning... all going well, no GD & everything else came back ok apart from low iron but I'll live with that for now... I got a date for my c-section so know when I'll have Bub at the latest

Loving this cooler weather! I'm wearing a splint at night to help my carpel tunnel pain so the cooler weather is welcomed!!

Hope everyone is going well X

    Ladies,

Question: I am really struggling with low blood pressure. When non-pregnant my BP is a constant 130/90. Now I'm up the duff it varies from 120/90 to 90/60. I'm getting so dizzy and I've no energy (16 weeks). Anyone else get this? So frustrating, I feel so tired and kinda hungover, it's like the first 12 weeks are back to haunt me. I thought I was rid of the confused tired feeling

    Ginge

@Gingerlion I had hypertension pre pregnancy and was medicated for it. I'm finding now that I am having drops in my blood pressure causing dizziness and I've fainted twice in 2 weeks at work and managed to sit on the floor in time on a couple of other occasions. After these episodes I'm exhausted for the rest of the day.

My ob thinks it's venous pooling, when I'm standing still lots of blood pools in my legs and that's why my blood pressure drops. I stand all day at work and at times in a small area for long periods. Another girl at work has been having dizzy spells and she is 27 weeks. I think
    It's pretty common.

Is your dizziness constant or does it happen in certain situations?

I'm having the opposite ATM. My BP is normally 110/70. Currently BP is higher then what Ob wanted last week and today's was higher again at 140/90 when at the cardiologist office. See what happens next appt Friday next week.
