I had constipation through out first pregnancy and now that I am older my eating habits better but don't want to have same issue. I probably should be drinking a lot more.

@sarbare81sun distract yourself keep busy but also do what your body tells you. Have you decided if you will POAS? My hubby flew to work the day before my transfer so I understand. Good luck!

How exciting...just rest for the first few days my advice...no house work no lifting no hot showers...if you can manage no showers for a few days. Spend a little time in the sun if you can and keep busy with little jobs as will make time go past quicker.

    All the best

Oh I can't decide to POAS or not? I'm due to have the blood test on a Monday and can't decide if doing a test on the sun morning will just freak me out? My nurse said they can be really unpredictable due to the fact that I'm on progesterone tablets?? What did others do 😬😬??

    That's awesome @hopefulmel.
@sarbare81sun I decided to POAS in order to prepare myself either way. But to warn you it is addictive once you do it, you will be addicted. Are you in the IVF FET sept-oct group? They are a great bunch of girls, quite a few in there 2ww to help you through.
