Keep at it! I used to be totally addicted to V, I just have to completely resist it now as I have one can and I'm addicted again!! I didn't even get an energy boost or anything, just loved the taste!

I wasn't getting the energy boost anymore either. I used to hate the taste of it but love it now. I am getting a huge craving around 2:30-3 for one. I had an apple today and it just wasn't the same lol.

Another energy drink addict here. 3pm. But I have since switched to a can of coke most days, I try and limit the energy drink (red bull or v, I get what's on special) to once a week, I figure coke is healthier lol

I used to hate the taste too but grew to love it. Same with beer and wine 🍷 it's an acquired taste

I had a coke today haha.

I wish I liked beer but I really don't. Maybe I should try again.

I just get really addicted to caffeine quickly. I got rid of energy drinks and picked up iced coffee instead.
Now I haven't had either for months. I don't drink any soft drink at all. I never drank beer or wine and now I'm off all alcohol.
I only drink water or soda water (with lemon).

I am really against those energy drinks. I think they should be banned, or at least restricted, only sold to over 18. My daughter drinks them to help her get through the shift work, ( she is a policewoman). I really wish she didn't have those drinks. marie.

I usually cook 1 cup uncooked, which is plenty for 2 adults, a 4yo and enough for 2 lunches. So 1 cup uncooked should be plenty for 3 adults.

I cup is plenty - depending on what you do with it but I make an awesome quinoa tabouli and 1 cup makes up a huge bowl which could easily feed 4 adults
