    Oh.
Surely a lot of her clientele would be gay then?
If I was them I'd rather know what I was dealing with.

What's her background? Is it a cultural thing do you think?
Not an excuse either but if that is what's been taught at home then it's of no surprise.

No way would I be going back. In fact, I probably would have walked out the moment she started talking like that (lop sided eye brows and all).

I don't think there is anything wrong with being honest. Not everyone has the same opinion as you.

I would not go back. Issues such as gay rights and equality is important to me.

There are other people out in the world who are good beauty therapists. I would find a new one personally.

I wouldn't go back...it is her right to feel that way but she should know better than to be voicing such strong opinions in a professional relationship. I couldn't stand the idea of it coming up again and her knowing Id returned despite strongly disagreeing with something she is clearly proud to yell from the roof tops.

I would pay no attention. You aren't paying her for her opinion, just her beauty services. People are entitled to have different opinions. If she brings the topic up again, you are entitled to say, do you mind if we don't discuss it, we have different views.
