Definitely Zoe. I love the look of the other two, but Zoe is definitely the most common and most practical.

Just came across this thread and just want to add that I have a DD who is Zoe! I am so fussy with names and would only dream of spelling it Zoe. My Zoe goes to preschool with a Zoey and it doesn't look right on paper but that's my opinion so do what feels right for you @MrsVZ. Love the choice though ❤️

Zoe is definitely the most common and can't imagine people pronouncing it incorrectly.

I always liked the name Zoe, but didn't love it until I saw it spelled Zoey. To me Zoe looks like it should be pronounced 'Zo' phonetically, unless it has the ë, and that typically gets ignored when people are spelling it. So my DD1 is Zoey. So far, we haven't had much trouble with people misspelling it, I just spell it the first time I tell someone who's writing it down (for dr appts and the like).
Once we decided to give her that spelling, I started seeing it around a bit! I originally saw it on How I Met Your Mother, then saw it on an episode of Laverne & Shirley, and one or two other tv shows I happened to be watching.
I love that it's a little bit different to the norm as well

Zoe for sure! For some reason I read Zoey as Zo-ay. I think Zoe has been around long enough most know how to pronounce it :-)
