If your cleaner is only new, I would let it slide for the first week or 2 but if it continues to happen, I would be saying something. 2 hours is a long time to be spending on bathrooms.

My cleaner does everything but the dusting in 2 hours (kitchen, bathrooms and toilets x 2, vacuums and mops floors, often will do a few loads of washing if I've left it, plus fold it all for me)

Also consider the state of the bathrooms to begin with. If it's been more than a month between cleans ours tend to take longer, otherwise if they're being done every 2 weeks or so it shouldn't take longer than an hour for both.

    Thanks for all the replies

she he is a professional with her own business. She's been coming for six weeks now, first couple of weeks I didn't say anything and then I said something like 'wow seems to be taking a long time up there!' And she said she'd bring her vacuum in the next week and vacuum upstairs in the 'spare' time so that was all good. Following week she did bathrooms, vacuumed upstairs and mopped downstairs as well which I thought was great but last week she only managed the bathrooms again!?

They are are not even remotely dirty. I am really thinking I need to move her on, it's making me crazy lol my husband thinks I should g and watch (maybe she is scrubbing with a toothbrush!) but being a two storey house I'd have to be really obvious I was watching iykwim

I would find a new cleaner. Two hours to clean bathrooms only is insane. In three hours my cleaner does bathroom/kitchen/laundry, dusts everything (including our venetian blinds and skirting boards), cleans our glass doors (gets rid of fingerprints) vacuums and mops. I literally have nothing to do after she's gone.
