Default Pregnancy Multivitamin with folate (not folic acid)

Hi anyone know of a pregnancy multi which has folate instead of folic acid in it (or none at all so I can supplement separately?) Thanks

It's not the same thing. Folic acid is the synthetic version. Metylfolate or folate is vastly superior and folic acid does nothing for women like me, who have Mthfr or associated disorders. Something like 60 per cent to of the population do.
I take Seeking Health prenatal. It's fantastic and available on iHerb.

Default Pregnancy Multivitamin with folate (not folic acid)

I used Eagle tresos natal. It has both folate and folic acid. I never had any problems taking it and purchased it from a good health food store.

Hey! Sorry for late reply and apologies also, it's not on iherb. I order through Amazon! Had to double check

    Hi there,

best way is to go to a chemist and ask for folinic acid (methygolate) which is natural form.

Foods that contain highest concentration are: papaya, kidney beans, navy beanss, avocado, peas.

Also ask your obstretician or GP where to find folinic acid

    hope this helps
