30 mins from the end and I think both parents are guilty of a coverup. Not sure whether the dad or brother did it, either way I think the dad is the controller of the coverup and the mother and district attorney were negligent.
- brother could be guilty or he could be autistic. Either way he was only 9, it's on the parents.

I haven't seen this show, not sure it's airing in the uk, but, is it not mentioning that the parents and brother were cleared of any suspicion 2005(?) due to DNA found on the body?

I found them very dismissive of the DNA. The fact it was explained away as must have transfered from one item to the next. Seems possible but unlikely to me

He was quite awkward in the interviews (age 9 and 11) but I'm not sure that means he's autistic.. He could just have been nervous, plus his sister had just died and everything happening around him would have flipped his world upside down, regardless of whether he was responsible or not.. I was more disturbed by the way he didn't seem to care in the slightest that his sister had just been killed. It's just odd! Is this normal for a 9 year old? My 5 year old cries when his brother gets hurt by accident.. I just think the coldness of his responses is highly disturbing

Don't we hear time and again that we shouldn't judge how people act in front of cameras when dealing with grief? Madeline Mccain's mother is often criticized that she's 'not upset enough,' 'cold,' etc.

Yeah sorry you can't just "explain away" DNA evidence. If they were cleared then they are cleared.
The show is bull if it's trying to lay blame where DNA has shown there isn't a link.
I am so sick of these trial by media tv shows.

And my brother died when I was in my 20s. I still sometimes try and "laugh it off" because it's just easier. Lots of people have inappropriate responses to tragedies.
I really feel for this kid. He should have stayed in the shadows.

I don't think I've ever thought the family did it. There has been so much criticism as to how the police handled this case, one being not gathering evidence properly or even exploring an intruder because they felt from day one that the parents did it, even saying it to reporters 6 days later. The ball was majorly dropped in this case because they focused too much on the parents.
