    Thanks everyone I called my OB and they said the once pessary is fine just don't use the applicator (same as my pharmacist said).

    My Ob recommended the cream but to only insert the applicator half way. I've always found the cream works better for me than the pessaries., so if the pessaries don't work try the 3 or 6 day cream that way.
