My subscription just expired and I've had to put on hold as I don't have enough $$ to pay for another one

I've had my subscription since last year so I asked them to put it on hold. Will see if another good deal comes up when I have money

Yeah they certainly do! I've got all the ebooks etc. saved so I'll just use those in the meantime

It was actually delicious! I added the tiniest amount of grated cheddar cheese on the top, but even without that it would have been really nice. And only 390 calories, it was very filling and I was busy finishing an assignment tonight that I've not wanted to or needed to reach for the evening snack.

What are the exercises like? I use the smoothies for 1 sometimes 2 meals a day and really like them. I'm so fussy with food though so don't know if I'd bother signing up for the challenges.

I think they're good how they change them up each day. I actually have a computer linked to my TV so I put them up on there to follow along. There's a few good apps I've used on my phone as well like Sworkit and they give you similar workouts.

I just have a highly active 3yo who climbs all over me when I'm trying anything at home! She becomes my sparring partner when I am boxing

First lot of shakes just arrived yesterday . Haven't subscribed due to costs so just shakes and smart choices at this stage.

Those who are doing the shakes, what food processor / blender do you use? I have a Kambrook blitz to go but I find that it still tastes powdery.

I bought up big on shakes when they were on sale but they have been sitting in my pantry for donkeys because I can't stand the grittiness.

I'm not sure if it's the shakes, the Kambrook or well the operator!? (Me)
