They should get more numbers. Advertising will help they asked how i knew I mentioned you and she was like really yes a parenting forum, go figure. I start on the 30/9. I may be dead after it though

I know I'm a party pooper.....but I will add this.....I lost a lot of weight by doing the following....
Cutting out a lot of carbs
Not eating after 6pm
No deep fried
Exercise (20 min) 4 times a week

It's good to be healthy and wise, great thread, but remember we shouldn't compare ourselves to others (not that this thread is doing that)

Last night we had the vegetarian chilli
Whichever tinned tomatoes I used were a bit runny so not as nice as I'd usually make. I put a dollop of natural yoghurt and some grated cheese on top.
I also cooked up some Slow Cooked Asian Chicken for the freezer.

Thanks @Nafsika well done on your weight loss, everyone's journey is different... I pretty much did the same as you last year & lost 13kg in 8 weeks, but I put it back on when I returned to old habits, I was just too strict with myself... I'm using the Healthy Mummy program to help me with portion control & keep me on track, it also allows me to have some treats along the way
