Interesting thoughts girls. I am sure I am eating enough- j really did need to reduce my intake as I was eating too much.
I will see how my weight loss goes these first few weeks and maybe re-adjust.

Two more days and my first week down. Am enjoying feeling lighter and not bloated.

Hi - is anyone still following Healthy Mummy? I have done it previously and really enjoyed the food. Back again - just re-subscribed and doing this months challenge.
Again the food is so yummy - I've made southwest chicken salad, hummingbird muffins, roasted pumpkin & bean soup and nut & seed slice tonight. Feeling pretty prepared now.

I'm loosely following it. I try and follow the principles and I cook from recipes I have saved from my last challenge.

I put them all in plastic sleeves and have different files for breakfast, lunch, dinner, smoothies and snacks and I meal plan from that.

The plastic sleeves are great as I don't get the recipes dirty as I can wipe the spills off them.

Those recipes you mentioned sound amazing!

I lost 4-5 kgs both times I did it but I put it all back on again once I stopped breastfeeding DS and was again able to have dairy - so went crazy on chocolate, cheese, cream etc. oops!

I only did it for a few weeks before falling pregnant, but lost about 3kg in that time, I'm 18 weeks pregnant now & have only gained 3kg in that time & only really in the past few weeks enjoying the festive season too much!
