I do two still. I don't count calories. My supply hasn't been affected at all. I just did a quick pump (12mins) on the other side while feeding and got 125mls.

Anyone currently doing the smoothies and plans?
just out of interest and support.

I am doing two smoothies a day and just normal dinner I cook the family. I have just reduced my portion. I have noticed feeling a bit hungry but I try to drink water.

Only 3 days in so hoping a few more days my body will adjust.

I need to lose about 15-20 kilos but trying to set small goals to stay motivated.

M have you checked your BMR? Biggest first time mistake is not eating enough calories. It's equally as detrimental as eating too many.

Well food for thought my BMR states 1760. Assuming that's correct to loose weight you need to under cut this by 500 cals. So that brings me to 1200 cals per day.

Experimented with weight loss and this theory.

Me + 900 cals per day + half an hour of interval training (twice a day) = zero to 0.8 a week and half weight loss.

Me + 1200 cals per day + the same interval training = weight gain of a kilo per week!!!

My calories were all obtained through clean mainly raw eating veg and fruit. Plus cooked meat.

I'm an exception to the rule!!! We are out here!

The whole thing of cals in and cals out does not always apply!!!!

I am still in the obese category.

When I had a normal BMI I was anorexic!! NOT HEALTHY AT ALL!!!!
