@RenaiH you will be doing better than me if you can do the injections yourself! I have a big psychological barrier I just can't get past. DP has given me every single one. Poor guy deserves a medal!

Yay! Good luck! I'm the same as you - first injections on my very first cycle yesterday morning too! We call all share the journey together!

I have my protocol for FET (it's my first one so please anyone who is experienced let me know if there's anything else I should be having!!)

    Day 2: start 75 Gonal F & 10mg prednisolone

Day 9: blood test (follow up BT whenever needed)

    Trigger 10,000 Pregnyl

    After Ovulation:

    Night before transfer start clexane

    Day 3 transfer & start 400mg progesterone

    Day 3, 6 & 9 1500 pregnyl boosters

I have NK cells so clexane & prednisone are to help with that

So with pregnyl no HPT right?!

Currently waiting for my FS to do my endometrial biopsy (scratch) then AF due middle of next week & it all starts... omg freaking out a bit! *deep breath*

Ok so nurse didn't give me the script for the pregnyl boosters so I rang her & she had misread my FS instructions so I'm actually not doing the boosters. But now I'm wondering why not? Should I be? What's the benefit? Anyone ?

I wasn't given a choice and had a general. Given the pain that I was in when I woke up, I'm pretty glad I did!

Could someone please explain the difference between a medicated and non-medicated cycle for transfer? Why would one be chosen over the other.

I'm currently waiting for PGD test results and am wondering if I'll be able to transfer before Christmas (all going well). Have I missed the boat?

Pay for PGD (only 1) and any follow up FET.
