Welcome hun! Congrats on completing injections successfully! Sorry that your lining is not the best. What was your lining measurement on day of trigger? They can usually fix lining issues by adding estrogen.. Hopefully your lining is ok and you get some excellent quality embryos burrowing into it for 9 months!!
Good luck this morning hun. How many follicles did you have?
Come back after EPU and let us know how you went!
    xx

Have faith that the doc knows what they're doing. Such a crazy process but you're almost there!

So hard to have faith when the doc spends most of his time telling me I'm too old and the odds are stacked against me!

Ughhh ya that's not very positive. It's their job to get you pregnant. Sounds like he is doubting himself! I hate that we just keep pouring money into it with no guarantees. They should give half back if it doesn't work. Gives them much more incentive!

    @Katran

If your lining is too thin embies have a hard time burying in. If it's less than 13mm. Sometimes FS (fertility specialists) will recommend to freeze the eggs and put them back when the lining is better.

Fairy floss how old are you? I'm 43 and know the odds are highly stacked against me more than you and my FS gave me a chance! But he appreciated that I'm aware of the stats and absolutely realistic!! I know my best chance is donor and I'm not mucking about with my own eggs. Yes I know of those stories you hear but if that's not me I'm happy to move to donor eggs. And my FS is happy I'm realistic and is more than happy to write me a support letter.

    Holy sheet that's terrible! I'm
So sorry you had to hear that!

Of course the odds are stacked against all of us ! That's why we are on this IVF caper.

    That's pretty crappy bedside manner!

I think it's pretty much how long can you go - how many cycles you're prepared to go through.

We are chasing the golden embies.

They're there, And I do believe from reading the Miracle stories here that it can happen but it's also a funds issue.

if I had the funds I'd do more but I don't. If you can, hang in there. You don't have to give up your dream of parenthood.

I can't financially keep going at it - im at Monash which is incredibly expensive
So - I'm short cutting it to donor. For me it's the dream of a sibling.

Hang in there-it's such a mind f- but your persistence will pay off one way or another!

@Phia omg why is Monash so expensive! I just switched from Melbourne IVF and couldn't believe that I pay MORE yet I never see my FS! At Melbourne I saw my Dr every 2-3 days, she did all my scans, with pickup and my ET and we revisited the plan together several times through the cycle.

Monash, more money, see my FS once pre cycle, scans weekly, different Drs for each visit - I can't see what is costing so much more? Advertising probably!!

However.... all that said Melbourne didn't get me pregnant and maybe Monash will
