Acupuncture is meant to increase blood flow to the uterus. My FS said exercise is good, just not too strenuous as it causes inflammation. You can still go to the gym just don't overdo it.

    Default Work question??

    Hi ladies,

I work full time in a pretty full on job, and lately I've been thinking about cutting down to 3 days a week?? I'm in two minds about it, but I figure that I should commit 100% to trying to have a successful pregnancy and we are going to be flying back and forth to Sydney a lot for all of the new treatments that Dr M will be putting me on. I'm exhausted after every day of work and ready to hit the lounge by the afternoon, and I'm worried about what the fatigue and stress levels are doing to my body. Dr M said that being overtired and stress are both bad for pregnancy.
Has anyone else cut back on work before and found it helped?? Did Dr M suggest it?

    Thanks guys xx

@Pink6 if that's an option I would def do it. I work 3 days a week and so much better (the other days I do help my husbands biz and my own side biz but if I just need to chill I do).
