Thank you @munchkin14. See this link for Bondi Protocol: http://drgavinsacks.com.au/service/the-bondi-protocol/

Basically it's Clexane and Prednisolone. I'm currently on 20mg Clexane and 25mg Prednisolone.

Wow @Sunshine14 what a journey!! I so hope you get answers. Def look into the DQ HLA matches between you and hubby( it's to do with your womb and his sperm) so could effect donor eggs unless you used other sperm.

Simple blood test and two weeks later will know.
@ES02 goodness hon no joy there!

I'm in the same boat - implantation (and age) issues. We had our LIT injections so just need to have some good embies and give it all a go next time...

About a half an hr after taking my first tablet today I felt really anxious, as if I was having a panic attack.

    Thanks x
@Pink6 I'm meant to be using Dex next time... How are you going with it now? And did you start first day of your cycle?

Also when did he tell you to start clexane and take progesterone??

I always get so confused even though I write notes I feel so lost when I look at them at home!!

I think he may have said start clexane one week prior to transfer?

Hi girls how have you managed with intralipids for a FET when you can't be sure what day you are going to ovulate? I don't want to get too close to transfer as know 7-10days best but should I risk further that 10 days or closer to transfer like 1-3days??

@mummanow are you doing a natural FET? Is your cycle regular? I just estimated the dates and it has worked out this time to be intralipids ten days before transfer. I'm not sure if earlier or later is better sorry. My doc only did them Tues or Wed so there wasn't a lot of leeway.

Hi @Flower78 thanks hon, yeah natural fet but can't be sure day I ovulate...I think I'd best go for closer date (similarly mine only offers once a week). Best wishes to you hon I've followed your journey a bit. I'm a regular 26 day cycle so shorter than optimal but has been that way for years.

Hi ladies, hope you're having a good weekend

Has anyone tried Plaquenil in addition to all the regular immune meds?

I just saw Dr NL during the week to get my list of meds for a donor cycle, and he said I should ask Dr M what he thought about Plaquenil as an extra med to add into the mix. Dr NL said he's only just starting prescribing/testing it.

It looks like it's been regularly used to treat Lupus and rheumatoid arthritis, plus as an anti-malarial!

    Never heard of it!
I wish I read this earlier as just saw dr m and would've asked! I like that NL is open to what dr m thinks!
