He treats lots of patients remotely. I think hang in there, have your Dr M appt and see how it goes. I'm sure you'll be able to do his immune therapy (if you need it) in Melbs. One day at a time, you'll be ok. You've got your Feb appt with Dr NL so that's locked in. Dec/Jan are pretty much write off anyhow. You're ok.

Thanks @Phia, if I wasn't turning 40 I wouldn't be so anxious. When are you seeing LB next?

    Good luck with everything!
Thank you Olive. Have you had the IVIG with Dr M?

If you can afford it I would see NL as he specialises in it apparently. Did LB treat you for it though? Sounds like she did (intralipids etc)? I have an age issue too unfortunately as I'm 39.
LB does some immune therapies and I really like her as a specialist she does think outside the square, however I would have to ask her about ivig etc which i dont think she does. I guess im going to need to mention to her ive done a phone consult with Dr M
Weve spent quite a bit so far, it does add up thats for sure. But i feel like we are at a point where we just have to pay for the best so perhaps I should consider putting us on the wait list for NL if its going to save travel to Sydney.
Yay for starting stims! I hope that your first scan goes well x

Im sorry about your failed cycles, your in very good hands though. I wish I was with LB from our first round. Have you done immune testing? Dr M orders a heap of tests which is good. I have a follow up with LB next week

What dose of prednisolone were you ladies on? I've seen varied doses from 10mg to 25mg which seems a lot.

I was on 20mg the cycles I used prednisolone. The standard empirical dose is usually 10mg however it depends on your specialist.
