That makes sense. I tried the Intralipids this cycle. So I guess IVIG is the next step. He also said clexane dose needs to be increased to 60mg. We have used our only pgs normal this round. We do have 3 untested day 5 blasts from a cycle last year. Im really not sure of we would try them or if they would recommend another stim cycle with pgs. I had a hysteroscopy and scratch before this cycle and always think its a good idea to help out. I guess its coming up to clinics closing soon too 😔
Ivig sounds a bit scary to me!

Welcome @ES02, I'm in Melbs too. I'm so sorry for your loss and feeling helpless. I just started my first cycle with Primary. We decided to go with Primary due to cost. We were originally seeing Dr Nick Lol at Monash as he treats NKC and HLA matches (which is what we have). I also had a Skype appointment scheduled with Dr M but got scared and postponed. I thought I would see how I respond to IVF first... Who are you cycling with?

    Hi Vanessa
    Thank you.
I am with LB at Monash. PGS is genetic screening, given you havent started to cycle yet im sure they will talk you through some of your options if you need them. I hope you dont have to worry about these things xx
I have thought about going to see NL as he deals with immune issues.
Im not sure if there are any ladies on here that are seeing him and could give some insight? I know Dr M can do all the treatments but I need to travel

IVIG is not scary at all, it's exactly the same process as with Intralipids. It is the LIT treatment that is different and may be a bit scary.
    Good luck with everything!

Of course, I thought t was called PDG. I have started the injections and had my first scan today. Thinking I made the wrong choice in going with Primary after receiving the HLA match with NL at Monash. It's just we waited 3 months to see him for an explanation of this "match" letter and in that time my name came up at Primary so I figured I may as well do my first round for free as Monash is so exy. If you can afford it I would see NL as he specialises in it apparently. Did LB treat you for it though? Sounds like she did (intralipids etc)? I have an age issue too unfortunately as I'm 39.

@ES02 and @VanessaM I'm with LB too - 3 stims and three transfers - all bfn. I'm seeing her soon. And I've got a Skype with Dr M in December. I have elevated NKC and I wanna check if I've got any more immune problems!

@Phia, that sucks, I'm sorry. Does LB do immune therapy like NL?

I was on prednisolone and clexane - she did a biopsy, for NKC, but there are so many other issues to test for that Dr M covers that I do not think LB does.

I just put one foot In front of the other - take it day by day! The support these wonderful ladies give is a life saver for me

@Phia and she's so expensive I bet. Now I'm thinking I shouldn't have postponed my NL appointment to the next avail (February). Primary don't do intralipids only Pred and Clexane. I'm so anxious Dr M appointment is in December. I just don't get how he will treat us without us travelling to Sydney? You could always try NL?
