Hi there, my baby girl was born in April this year. I did 3 Stimson and fresh transfers, then a stun and fet, then I switched clinics and did 4 banking cycles to pgd all I could get. They all came back negative so we switched to de. After all those years of bfn I got my bfp first try with de and dr m immune protocol.

What's OHSS? I just don't know whether to start ivf next week (period due Monday) or wait til Jan. Can they do the egg pick up, fertilise and freeze instead of transfer? I will be in Brisbane for a conference from cycle day 3 to cycle day 7 (if period comes on Monday) and the nurse said I'll need a scan around cycle day 6... Is that right? I'm a first timer so I'm scared plus I'll be 40 in May so scared to wait 2 months. Thank you pingc383.

Default High Natural Killer Cells #9

Thanks pingc383, my AMH is 10 and I take 2000mg Metformin for PCOS however my bloods and ovaries haven't shown PCOS symptoms in years because of the Metformin. No they told me to call them when AF arrives then immediately go get the stuff at the Pharmacy in Preston, I don't know why I couldn't get it on the day the nurse explained it all to me? I think because this is all new it will be trial and error. They were pushing me to wait til Jan to get my mental health sorted but I feel like this is why my mental health is f***ed! If I get AF on Monday then I'm in Brisbane Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, will I need a scan during that time to see how much they've grown? I don't know? Maybe I should wait... Thank you for your advice. X

Frozen transfers have been statistic rates of success

But in most cases it doesnt make alot of difference

I find my body doesnt like fresh as i stim so well... it needs to recover before transfer

Dr M just told me to start protocol as soon as I got BFP so nothing taken during pre or post ovulation. First intralipids was as soon as I got BFP also.
Dr M told me to wean pred starting at fourteen weeks, I'm not sure how, I consult with him in a few weeks if I make it to second trimester. Ten weeks tomorrow so getting close.

Fx that little bean continues to grow grow grow!! Hopefully it stays put for 8 more months!!
I definitely have high NK, was main diagnosis, the attack seems to be delayed for me though and immune response compromises developing placenta and implanted embryo.
For those who's Immune system attacks the embryo preventing implantation I think the protocol starts earlier. The immune thing seems to vary from woman to woman
