He said continue to use prednisone. I said Wazza prescribed 25 mg you happy with that? He said yes, that's fine. I said you don't want me to change to prednisolone or dexamethasone, he said they're all the same.

Then he's like take clexane 40mg and I said Wazza said to take 60mg, so I'll change to 40 and he's like, you can take 60 if you want... Um.. I'm like "it's ok, I'm happy to take 40" and he's like "if u want 60, I can give you 60"..

He said intralipids 3-8 days before transfer and then only if I get BFP am I to do more..

He doesn't really need to see me until I get a bfp....

I have a big egg quality issue and no one has yet been able to crack the protocol code.. I need to find a protocol that works for me....
@Mink, I rang genea and they are closed from around 17 Dec to 21 Jan.. At least that's when Dr Alison Gee will be away. I cycle with Wazza atm. I saw Alison, but chose Wazza.

To get a cycle in before they shut for Christmas, you need to have started your stims before or no later than 2 Dec. They have limited availability for nurses/bloods, but otherwise treatment will have to commence after mid January..

I did intralipids with Wazza, but never had a transfer with him yet and never been pregnant so I can't help hun, but heaps of lovely ladies here got over the line with intralipids.
Lol is it just me, or does Dr M seem a bit scatterbrained? He keeps trying to get me to take melatonin dhea right after I've told him I'm doing a FET. Then I asked him why my embryos weren't implanting and he started going on about my crooked cervix... re. The cervix, I've never heard of that being a barrier to ivf implantation...? I don't think he understood what I meant.

Ps. Oh wow genea are closed till 21 Jan??? That's so long!!!! I guess that means I'll prob have to wait till feb if this one doesn't work :/

    Total scatter brain haha

Maybe it's what super smart peolle are like lol

Also dont forget ping that sperm issues play a huge part... could that be impacting why you aren't getting to 5 days?

BUT just remember your in right hands as crap as you must currently feel.
I honestly didnt leave bed for 2 days when my cycle went so bad.. i think cause it was such a shock

    @Velvet16
Yes I've noticed that too with super smart ppl lol. Their brains probably work faster than they can handle.
@pingc383 yeah I googled crooked/tight cervix. Some women who have this and have had cervix dialators have been able to fall naturally.

My FS is m cooper. He's an endo specialist turned FS. Genea are known to be open all the time all holidays except last yr when they were forced to close coz of the smoke damage. So I wonder what's happening this time. Also, usually when a FS goes on hols they have someone else to cover them. Is dr Gee doing your pick ups/transfers? So you've got Dr G, M and W? Wowza!!!

Recurrent miscarriage sucks. I always get frustrated when I get commended on my ability to fall pregnant. It's not very bloody useful if I can't hold on to it!
In saying that I have been on the other side too and it's not flash either.

Hoping Dr M gets us all to the finish line no matter what brought us here.
