@jojosiness massive hugs, what did dr M suggest in terms of treatment? Book to see wazza and get on that cancellation list like pingc383 suggested and get second opinion asap. I got the best stim results with wazza out of 5 stims (4 with LB) so he might be able to help you. How old is dh? Has his sperm been tested in terms of faulty DNA (sorry I can't remember the test name)? Is he on supplements and is he cold showering/icing his bits everyday?

Wazza and dr M will be happy to help you working alongside each other but it does mean a bit of travelling.

We all have down time and we are here to help lifting each other. Hugs hugs.

The 8 you put back in, are they day 5/6 blasts and have they been PGD tested?

I have a complete match and we did LIT treatment to start, I think that is the key for matches and then dexamethasone and intralipids plus clexane and progesterone. I had a MC on that protocol. So for this pregnancy which is progressing nicely (21weeks today) I added neupogen for the first 14 weeks and also intralipids every 4 weeks with one IVIG thrown in there as per my request. I also did 3 months of DHEA and melatonin and fell naturally after 2 and 1/2 years of IVF while waiting for my 5th stim cycle. Never had a problem with egg quality though and got pregnant 5 out of 9 transfers (all MC)
I have a friend who has a 70% match and she is about to give birth in 8 days to twin boys and she only did Predisone, LIT treatment and intralipids plus progesterone and clexane. So I it's different for everyone, all treatments may sound similar but are catered for you and your levels.

@pingc383 yes we tried naturally and had 2 pregnancies over 4 years both ending in MC so that when we decided to see a FS specialist. Turned out DH had 42% DNA FRAGMENTATION and they thought that could cause the MC so we did ICSI. Kept on producing good quality embryos but MC after MC we knew it had to be some thing else. My clinic were and are wonderful and tried everything. Each MC tested return a chromosonally normal embryo. I read the book is my body baby friendly and knew mine wasn't. Booked in asap and got all tests done turns out we had a 100% match. The best thing I ever did was seeing Dr M but I wouldn't have got to that point if it wasn't for my supportive FS who encouraged me to seek another opinion.
Good luck...take a pen and paper and write everything down. If you do have matches your path will be longer than you want, as LIT treatment takes 6 weeks, 4 weeks between the 2 treatments and 2 weeks before transfer. My wait was 3 weeks for the treatment. This is the one that takes the longest to get into unlike intralipids or a biopsy.

I didn't ask re cancellation list and its only two weeks away now so yeah no major rush. Plus I still haven't gotten my period since my chemical so don't want to start the DHEA until the hormones are back in check.

I keep changing my mind about what I wanna do next.

It just all seems too hard. hopefully Dr M will have some answers for me.

To be honest, and this is just my opinion, you should try taking DHEA and PGD the embies you get on day 5, even if it's just 1, just to determine if it's a poor quality embryo or not. If it's PGD normal and you're still miscarrying, then you know it's not the quality of the embryo and rather, a potential immune issue. I know it's such a waste of money getting one embie PGD tested, but I feel like it might be worth the investment just to see if quality is an issue or not...

Dr M thinks mine is a quality issue.. So I'm going to give it a go and I will definitely be spending the money to get PGD testing done, even if it's one, because that's the only way I'm going to know if there's a quality issue or not.

My post just helped me figure out what I'm going to do for sure...
You must have been reading my mind today as I was saying the same thing to hubbie re not knowing if my chemical was from egg quality or implantation issues or both. We decided to def do PGD testing even if we only get one next time.

It's just so hard cause I know it's all trial and error but it's the time, the cost and the stress of it all.
