Hey there, no worries :-) i think also you gave a few more days until implantation wpuld naturally happen after ovulation and i think lining can grow 1-2mm per day so i think you would be up to 8mm by then. Good to have that confirmed by your fs. I do know about the "wtf is wrong with me woes?" So i feel for you xox

My understanding is that the NK cells can cause implantation issues resulting in chemical and attack normal or abnormal foetus'
My diagnosis was high NK cells, I had three first tri miscarriages with and a stillbirth at 20 weeks. This was due to NK CELLS attacking the site of placental attachment creating poor blood flow to growing baby. So I guess the answer is they can do damage in all sorts of ways, they all behave differently in different bodies I suppose. I did Dr M protocol and now 38 weeeks along.

No worries. I took Coq10, vit E, vit d, fish oil, methyl folate preconception and improve egg quality. On BFP I had an immediate intralipids infusion and began 20mg prednisone which was weaned at 20w and 60units of clexane. I had another intralipids infusion at 6w and 12w.
Clexane still on a 40 unit injection until next week which is one week prior to delivery.

@Kiwikate hi hope you dont mind me asking, could you tell me dr.m's intralipids protocol and is it standard protocol or adjusted for particular ladies depending on results? I never ended up seeing him and my 14th transfer where i finally bit the bulket and used donor eggs and sperm for the embryo worked but i also asked for intralipids just in case. So my clinic fud intralipids 2 weeks before transfer, at transfer, 2 weeks after, 4 weeks after and6 weeks after and im not sure what to do next. Im kinda thinking it was the full donor embryo that did the trick and that intralipids every 2 weeks is a bit of overkill. Ive never actually been tested for nkc but i definitely do have autoimmune issues, severe endometriosis and family history of autoimmune disease. Could ladies tell me what they think? Surely not have to do intralipids every 2 weeks the whole way through? In saying that, i also think ive come so far why skimp at this stage if it was what's made the difference so im just a bit conflicted???

The lining is ok I guess but I have fluid in there again. This is the third month. I'm scared I don't know why this keeps happening

@gorgeousgeorge I'm not sure sorry, I think he does tailor everything. He did suggest I do another intralipids at 20 weeks because of my still birth but I chose not to... money and it was bang on Xmas.
It depends on what your history is I guess, I never had chemical pregnancies so my NK. Cells were allowing fertilisation and implantation at least which is why I had no treatment prior to BFP.
I usually miscarried around the 6 weeks mark except for my 20w loss, I actually have no idea what my NK levels were only they were high and husband and I had a partial DQ match but didn't require LIT.
