hi,
Been long time since I login on this thread, I was 12 weeks pregnant due to scan but baby had no hb so needed D and C prior to this i had 4 IVF cycles, multiple embryo transfer, seen dr. sacks, matthias, dr. lok, finally dr. smith of westmead. All of them are alright dr. smith got me pregnant for the 1st time but missed miscarriage at 9 weeks according to the scan. I am devastated but I just want to know if people in here with NK cell got mc then had a successful pregnancy? How long did it take to get pregnant after MC then D and C? sorry i am just a bit low at the moment. waited for 5 yrs to happend but unfortunately did not work still.

@pops, who did your DQ Alpha match test and which numbers do you share? Was it Dr M? My partner and I have a complete match and were told we have no chance without intralipids and LIT. I decided to try an untested embryo with just prednisone 25mg and clexane 40mg and I'm currently 27 weeks pregnant. So yes, it's definitely possible!

@gorgeousgeorge, my understanding was that intralipids would be done monthly until 13 weeks?

@KittyCat congratulations! It's great to hear you're on your way to meeting your baby soon
are you still on Clexane or stopped it at the end of the first trimester? Do you have any clotting issues or the MTHFR gene? TIA

@gorgeousgeorge congratulations on your pregnancy, that's awesome news! From what I know, intralipids are done until 12-14 weeks ie until the end of the first trimester.

@Mongol, thank you! I stopped clexane and started aspirin at around 18 weeks based on OB advice. He wasn't very keen on the whole NKC issue of course. I'm still taking aspirin. No clotting issues and I was never tested for MTHFR gene however I'm 40 years old.

@KittyCat thanks for your reply. I'm guessing Clexane was given to you as a prevention for improving blood flow to the baby. All the best for the rest of your pregnancy!
