@nattie84, how do you know you have a blood clot?

A haematoma is caused by initial bleeding, that is walled off and then clots. So the initial issue is bleeding so I would ask about the Aspirin @nattie84, as it thins the blood.
@cag14 I had my biopsy during a hysteroscopy, but I think it's easy to do during the scratch. Mine got sent to Sydney for pathology and was quite expensive, about $600 I think. The results only took one week.

Just checked for you @cag14- I was $311 out of pocket for the biopsy and it went to Douglass Hanley pathology in NSW. It was done in WA and not with Dr M, so it might be different for each place. I got NK cell numbers, a histology result checking for inflammation and also an estimate of Cycle Day based on endo appearances.
    Hope this helps.

@Nattie is it a subchorionic haemorrhage? My OB said they were really common for implantation. I was on a really high dose of Clexane and had a large one picked up at 7w, was bigger at 12w, shrunk a bit by 16w and reabsorbed by 20w. I asked Dr M about it at time seeing I was on such a high dose of clexane and he said not to worry they are normal and if it had continued to grow then we could try stopping clexane for a few days and resume.
    Best of luck x

@cag14, not sure about unk cell biopsy cost, but definitely get it done at the same time. My fs said it had to be done during the luteal phase so you'd have to get the timing right. My fs said the biopsy would act as an endometrial scratch to help with implantation in the next cycle. Let us know how you go. Ps was your blood nk cells high? Good luck!

Thanks. OB said same, ok to continue on the baby aspirin but if I start bleeding to stop taking it.

Default High Natural Killer Cells #9

@Mongol congratulations on your pregnancy! I got a positive test this week, 2 months after lap excision for endo. Watching blood levels until dating scan. Feel quite anxious with past experience of mc but taking it easy and hoping for the best. Can I ask if you are on any immune meds and if they were started before or after pos preg test. I know each person is different. My fs started pred and clexane on positive test, aspirin prior and pg prior. Also made an appointment with dr m to get any extra info/support.xx

@Faith750 thanks. I'm also walking on egg shells due to a history of miscarriages in early pregnancy. Just taking one day at a time.
I started immune meds when I found out about the pregnancy (it's a natural conception). I'm taking baby aspirin, dexamethsone, plaquinil, Clexane, Neupogen, progesterone pessaries and intralipids.
Congratulations on your pregnancy. Try to relax although it seems impossible at times but stress isn't good for the pregnancy. I've been so sick the past few weeks and lost a few kilos as well. Trying my best to stay on track. Good luck!
