Another scan on wednesday as average size is 14 so we're looking at Friday or Monday for epu. Estrogen is 1500 but I don't know what that means really, they said it was good so I'm gonna believe them

how you doing? Running around in organisation mode yet??

Its very exciting for you @tuxcat, I'm very excited for you. I think they like the estrogen to be about 2000 before/at epu. Are you going to be there when they do it did you decide?

@Molros Yeah hun, 3 sleeps then at least 24 hours worth of travel. I just can't sleep at the moment and I'm exhausted. One of the meds I'm taking is keeping me awake for most of the night. I started progesterone lastnight and my gosh have I had the mood swing from hell this arvo!!
I'm doing 3 Pregnyl boosters. 1 the day before transfer, 1 the day after transfer, then one at 9dpo. I have 4 boxes of 7 FRERs, so yep, I think I'm well equipped to test out the Pregnyl.

Do you have the pregnyl trigger as well or is it more natural? I was always too scared to text it out, sounds stupid I know but I know if I saw two lines I'd want to believe it even though I'd know it would be the pregnyl! I'd do mine (and DH's) head in Crap re the sleeping but maybe you might be that tired you'll pass out on the plane.....bit of wishful thinking never did anyone any harm!

I reckon that the 'surrogacy' thing is a bit like the donor thing in that its a big transition/ shift in your thinking and planning. So, after my 3rd cycle, when fs said to do a 4th then i needed to use a donor, i didnt want to think about de and now in hindsight, i realised that i didnt need to until after my 4th cycle failed.
So i was thinking, maybe try to focus on what you are working on now. Surrogacy will be on your mind for sure BUT maybe you can put it in a box in the back of your mind. So we're working on seeing if the meds can help your lining. This is a current worry which is happening now, whereas the 'Surrogacy' thing is a future worry. You may never need to think about it, so maybe schedule it in to worry about at a later date, when it needs to be considered. If anyone can improve your lining, its wazza, so you will know everything is being done as best as it can be. If it works then thats great. If it doesnt, you wont always wonder if you have had seen someone else or tried something else etc... maybe it would have made a difference, iykwim? So until youve tried this first plan and find out the outcome, you dont even need to think about anything else, unless you want to.

Im totally not trying to tell you what you should do or how you should think though, my friend xox I just read a thing once about 'scheduling' time to worry. It said to make appointment times for your worries and do the worrying at the scheduled appointment time. E.g. if you start worrying about the surrogacy thing, you could say to your worries "im sorry, your appointment isnt until after ive done my meds/lining cycle, so you'll have to come back then". I thought it was a bit lame to be honest but i tried it and it kinda works. Im using it for my "what if my donor cycle fails? " worries and i say, "sorry, remember, we're not worrying about that until after you get a bfn". Anyway, i just wanted to try and suggest some strategies or ways of thinking that might help but feel free to tell me to pee off if thats how you feel coz its ok to feel however you feel mate :-) xox
I love this! Very wise... Will def try to use it for myself
    Thanks @gorgeousgeorge X

Good luck for Wednesday's scan @tuxcat!
Yeah, I think it's meant to be about 500-1000 per mature follicle. I know for me it was closer to 1000 per mature follicle.
Definately a lot of organising to do, esp on the meds side. I thought I had it all sorted but you fly through the meds on Warrens protocol. I'll offload another $350 tomorrow between CW, my local chemist and the compounding chemist.
    Sooooo tired.......

@Molros I didn't need the Pregnyl 5000 trigger because the combo of Warrens meds did the job somehow. Some women do though. I'm putting 30 medical items in my body a day, so there's definately nothing 'natural' about it, as such. But you're right, ovulation wasn't medically forced.
I've never in my life taken a sleeping tablet, but my god, I would tonight if I could.
