I hear Wazza alternates between the menopur on one day and puregon/Gonal f on the next during a cycle. I've never heard of an FS doing this, but it sounds like a great idea, so I'm putting it to my new FS to see if she'll do it. Did you find puregon was the same as Gonal f? My old FS kept saying they were the same thing..

We used PICSI too, but not for any mfi. I just wanted to rely on PICSI than the embryologist. I hear there's something called IMSI and wonder if that's better...
Lucrin was the trigger, along with 1500 Pregnyl (previously 10,000). I was on Cetrotide rather than synarel. As well as mixing up FSH, Wazza also splits the dose into AM and PM and you take the last dose about 2 hours before triggering. With Cetrotide he had me take 1/2 dose for the first two days also.

Yes, Puregon and GF are just different brands - Wazza just wanted to swap everything about in case it made a difference. I think he was getting worried we'd never give up!

I don't think IMSI is available at QFG, but I feel PICSI brings back some natural selection as a good looking sperm can be a dud and I'd imagine that would still be an issue with IMSI?

I hope a cancellation call comes soon!

@Grace1 I took Ubiquinol (and still do). Wazza said 200-400mg, so I took 400. It takes a while to kick in and is unfortunately expensive.

I was taking 450 of ubiquinol a 150mg capsule and a 300mg one. I was taking the bioceutical range and was pricey.

just a quick update - our donor has withdrawn her offer. so we're back to the drawing board, taking some time to consider next options. will update in a few weeks once we work something out. no need to reply - I'd like to let it slide quietly for a while.

good luck to the September ladies - looking forward to hearing your good news.
