Re: the ultrasound transfer thingy, my fs didn't do them but he said he didnt because when he did my lap/hyst he had measurements of my uterus so he would know how 'far' to go. So if your fs doesnt use them, they might already have measurements from previous procedures or ultrasounds :-)

@Blossom74 by praying really hard! That's what I do... and warn the nurse not to press too hard with the ultrasound otherwise the fs will get a shower.

Ummm frucking der...stop the pill after your honeymoon. Seriously...??? (lol but shaking head and rolling eyes at sane time)

Hey girls - they should ice them for at least 30 minutes a day and wear boxers.

@winsor I will have to get you to fill out an application for the Naughty Novembers.. Then it goes to a vote.. Ok I voted and you're in.. 🏻
@Maxwellsmum I was enjoying the Captain spot in November but happy for a wingwoman.. My IVF anniversary is November so back to where I was last year full of hope and completely naive. What a d7ck I was last November.

Hopefully by then CW have restocked the shelves of FRER's from @Blossom74 's rampage.

Even though my DH has super sperm I think I'll tell him this anyway. He deserves to suffer a bit

    Default hi there

    Hi ladies,

Just joined this thread and wanted to introduce myself.

I am just starting off on my IVF journey after 3 miscarriages in 10 months. I have had some initial tests done, I have that MFKing gene mutation thingy, low AMH of 6 and an underactive thyroid. Just beginning to understand what all of this means. Thanks to @Caesardust I am a bit more informed, and also thanks to her for letting me know about this group, reading through the posts has already helped a lot.

I am still waiting for my HCG levels to go down after my last miscarriage, and seemed to have avoided another D&C which is good. My DP is having his sperm tested on Friday (getting lots of mileage out of that) and we have the counselling appointment next week. I have not even started yet and just feel a bit overwhelmed at all of the (mis?)information and paperwork!

After being really down and angry at the world for a couple of weeks, I have bounced back a bit this week and just trying to take it one step at a time, and to learn as much as I can from people who have been there. Looking forward to getting to know you all
