    Default First Month TTC

    Heya!

    Newbie here

This is my first month TTC and im looking for a bit of advice and some opinions.

    Possible TMI below...

But firstly, a bit of background info: I am 27, healthy paps, no STI's now nor previously. I did have one miscarriage at 14 weeks when i was 20 (previous partner) and have never tried to conceive since... until now.

As per my calculations, i should be currently ovulating. Last night my DP and i did the BD and i experienced some bleeding . It wasn't like a murder scene or anything a few spots on the bed and the rest on him. Once i cleaned my self up, there was no more bleeding. The only time I've experienced bleeding during sex is when AF has been due.

Does anyone have any advice or opinions on what could cause this ? I don't want to be that women that rushes to the DR over every little thing and as i said previously i have clear paps and no STI's etc.

Look forward to learning and sharing my journey with you all.

    Hi Yella

My DH & I are 34yrs with a 8yr DS and are wanting to TTC baby #2. I have only just stopped taking the pill Monday (19/9) this week and have started to use my Maybe Baby Ovulation Tester to try and start tracking my cycles etc. I've just started taking Blackmores Conceive Well Gold tablet this week as well.

I'm so sorry to hear about your miscarriage in the past and I'm not sure I can shed any light on the bleeding during BD either. Did you end up going to the DR?

Looking forward to sharing my journey and listening to others journeys too

    Hi there!

It's my first month TTC too

I really wouldn't worry about the bleed. If you have been checking your CM lately, it is possibly your nail has grazed the side of your vagina - not enough to hurt you, but with lots of blood pumping to the area, enough for it to bleed a little. It's not uncommon and isn't worth a visit to the dr. If it continues to happen then I'd suggest a visit but my guess is you have just scraped yourself.

Hope that puts your mind at ease a little. Good luck!
