@pingc383 so sorry you are feeling this way. I totally get that, I have serious moments of depression from all of this and just don't like life when it doesn't work out hopefully the doctor can help you a bit. Big hugs, it's just not a nice journey this!

And in saying that, sadly my two beans aren't going to make it my bloods have come back today at 19! Of course the nurse was all "oh repeat on Monday, sometimes it can be a late implanter etc etc" but of course I know it's not cause I've been testing positive since 5dp transfer. So yet another chemical for me just for interest, here is this mornings test (lighter so was expecting a low result). I can't believe the lines FRER pulls sometimes.

All the best for your 2ww @Kitten11 Thanks for sharing your journey with us. Xx

Yay @Flower78!! Glad your body is ready to start. I had spotting but now it's gone so more waiting for me

Hi Ashe87 I had 7 x 5 days blasts that were pgs tested last month. Out of those I got
    3x normal
    1x abnormal
    2x inconclusive
    1x no result
The inconclusive and no result can be tested in the future again. And I wasn't t charged for those three as they didn't get a result (bonus!)
I was told that at my age (35) I should get back half as normal. But my obstetrician who did my d&c said he'd hope we'd get one, two or three back normal. So I was really hoping we'd get one or at least two. I'm so happy we got three. Feel very lucky about that. It can go either way, it could be a really good batch or a bad batch, you just don't know. The waiting was really tough. I'll cross my fingers and toes you get at some normal embryos in there. We're yours tested from fresh or were they frozen and had to be defrosted? Mind we're defrosted so the biopsy fee doubled...something to be aware of.

Oh @pingc383 I'm sorry you're feeling this way. I've been there and it really is tough. I've been there with my chronic fatigue and speaking to someone was the best thing. Have you got a referral from a gp so you can get some of it through Medicare? Something that helped me was to validate the fact that yes I was feeling crap, yes this is a crap situation and it is hard. But also to bring it to the present moment. This is a low day for me today (not forever). This situation will eventually end. Fertility trouble is soooooo challenging and what we go through deserves a medal. You probably don't realise it but you're stronger than you know. You'll look back and see this I'm sure. Thinking of you. Here if you need xx

@PING383 Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well. I hope you can get some help with it. It is very overwhelming and it takes a lot to get through it. I'd be surprised if anyone going through this isn't struggling in some way emotionally x

Everyone else, sorry I have been AWOL myself.. Starting my cycle next week if all goes well. Currently I seem to be suffering from depression so going to see someone about it.. Everything is starting to take its toll on me.. Feeling very lazy and not interested in waking up in the morning sometimes.. I hope it passes... This IVF thing is really quite overwhelming... Hopefully I can get some meds to assist me. Seeing doctor tomorrow.

@Ashjay I'm so sorry this is looking like a chemical. It must be heartbreaking seeing those lines lighten.
How many chemicals have you had? Will they looking into immune issues or testing now?
Hope you're ok. Look after yourself, this journey is a b******d sometimes xxx

Hi @Kitten11 lovely to have you on board! Fingers crossed for you x

Yay @Flower78 .. any progress moving forward is exciting!
@Ashe87 I have only just stating reading into this. Do they have to test them when fresh or can they still do frozen embryos? Would be great to know which were the good ones rather than playing the lucky dip! It's an out of pocket cost isn't it?

Tell me about it @cag14 !! Did you have PGD testing on all your embryos?
@Snoopa .. pretty ****ty feeling when they don't let you do a transfer but hopefully they get the 5 eggs and get them to frozen embryos for you.

@pingc383 sorry to hear you are feeling that way. It's so awful! I get depression and anxiety on syneral. Hate how it makes me a complete different person. I had a counselling session with my clinic last time I was there and felt it really helped. Hopefully seeing someone can help you too.
@Ashjay I am so sorry to hear! Do they have any idea why you keep having chemical pregnancies? Big hugs x

Thanks ladies. @lotsathoughts you put it perfectly, this journey really is a ba***rd sometimes!!!!
@lotsathoughts @pops this is now my 15th chemical since august 2011 when we first started trying and got pregnant straight away, 1st chemical. I've had all sorts of tests for immunity, chromosomes etc and all have come back fine. DH swimmers are fine and I get good looking embies! It's all just so crazy. I am seeing my specialist on Wednesday next week so will ask him if there is anything else we can really dig deeper into? So any suggestions before I go would be great! I can go in there armed with info and suggestions
Our plan has always been to go into another IVF straight away and have any embryos collected, tested before freezing.

@pops I had my frozen embryos tested. They had to defrost and let them expand before doing the biopsy. Costs more to biopsy from frozen due to the defrosting. But the screening amount is the same. The costs depends on where in Aust you are. I'm in SA and to biopsy (getting the cells) is a one off of $450 and screening (running the tests with the cells) is $410 per embryo. Biopsy was closer to a grand for frozen. But in Sydney the prices seem to be double.
The odds of miscarriage drop dramatically so I'm really happy about that.

Wow @Ashjay that's so bloody awful!!!! Can't believe you've been through so many!!! So I'm assuming you would have been tested for the NK cells then. Seems like you've done so much testing already?!! Can't believe it's all come back normal! I haven't gone through all the immune testing yet, so can't think of other suggestions. I'm just so sorry you've had 15 chemicals.
