    Default No AF after stopping Primolut----plz help

    Hi guys,

    Has anyone taken primolut to make an artificial period?

    When did you AF arrive after stopping the primolut?

    My gyn asked me to take primolut for 5 days( 2 tablets each day). Once I finished the 5 days primolut, the AF definitely will come within 2 to 4 days. I even double checked with her what if there is no period but she stopped me and said very confirmly: the period will and must come....


    However, it has been 3 days since I stopped taking the primolut. It will be 4th day tomorrow but there is no sign of getting period at all!!!

    I am so anxious at the moment as this is my first cycle to take primolut and letrozole to TTC, if there is no AF then no way I can take letrozole.

    So guys, could you please let me know how many days did you wait until the AF arrive?


    BTW, I m overweight, does it affect the effectiveness of the medication?

    I've taken primolut many times...10mg twice a day for 10 days. It can sometimes take up to 14 days for me to come.

    Yep, usually takes over a week for AF to show up after I have stopped taking it.
